MSTR watches are warrantied by MSTR for two (2) years from the date of purchase with a copy of the sales receipt. All claims should be submitted through the Repair Center via the website. The watch movement, hands, and dials are the only components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced, at the sole discretion of MSTR's Repair Center, free of charge. We reserve the right to replace the product with like grade and quality. In case of replacement, it cannot be guaranteed that you will receive the same style watch. We will work with you to select a watch of equal value and similar appearance. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Covered under warranty
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. All watches will be inspected by the repair center to determine if it is defective due to materials or workmanship under normal use. (ex: loose hands/markers, disconnected crowns, or defective movements (not working/not keeping time)
Not covered under warranty
This warranty does not cover battery, case, crystal lens, bracelet, strap, cosmetic damage, attachments and/or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or damage occurring from shipment. The warranty is voided if the back case is opened, the buttons were pushed underwater, or the crown was not screwed in or pushed in exposing your watch to moisture. (ex: missing screws, ripped straps, discoloration, broken clasps, scratched crystal, and dead battery)
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE WATCH HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE, OR OTHER FACTORS NOT DUE TO DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP.
Shipping and handling fee will apply for all in-warranty service.
